Shipping deadline
Normally, our shipping time is 9 working days after payment confirmation. In addition, the CTT delivery time is 3 working days.
If you require it in advance, an Urgent Fee may be calculated, which will depend on the desired deadline, type of order, quantities and your location.
Shipping costs
For orders over 39 euros, we offer free shipping nationwide (mainland and islands).

For orders under €39, the shipping cost is €6.90 by CTT registered letter. For your and our security, we only send orders as registered mail.

At checkout, you can also choose the in-store pickup option. We are located in Assomada - Caniço.
Payment methods
We currently accept payments by Multibanco Reference, MBWAY and Credit Cards for online payments (via website).
Cash on delivery
We do not ship on delivery. Unfortunately, for orders of customized products, payment is always required in advance. These are products that, if for any reason they are returned, cannot be resold to other customers.
What materials do you use?
We work mainly with environmentally friendly materials such as MDF, Bamboo, basalt or other organic materials.
Resale prices
We set a resale price, but it will depend on a prior analysis by the reseller and we never set a resale price for a first order. Only for recurring orders. The analysis by the reseller takes into account the company, the location of the company and the average monthly value of orders.
Product layout (drawing) approval
If the product you are purchasing already has the layout preview function on the website, the layout is automatically approved at the time of your order and, in this case, your order will be sent directly to production.
If the product you are purchasing does not have the preview function on the website, after payment confirmation, Laser Madeira prepares the layout as requested and only after your approval will we send it for production.
